a tainted 2008; Sichuan 7.9 earthquake, Burma cyclone nargis, KL landslide, Indonesia Java mudflow, lehman brother's bankruptcy, Wall Street tumble, global fanancial crisis, Islamabad marriott bombing (pakistan), war on terror, melamine man made tragedy, Mumbai terrorism, scarcity in rice, and not forgetting our masselamat (spore).

goodbye '08. you're by far the most tumultuous journey for me, and for the world as well.

this year, i'm thankful for alot of things. having to know ann marie, wonderful orientation, my internship at linguatech and having a chance to do marketing for them, frist time befriending a half-melayu-half-bristish colleague hahhaha, having a awesome time taking up socialpsy, 6As 5ADs, topping LMS& ISP, record breaking report, movie marathons, knowing dean, countless nightlives and still surviving, attending Christ Tabernacle, catching up with friends and thankfully, still in contact with old ones, conquering accounts in academics. but most importantly, acceptance, in life.

coming 2009, say hello to first time being an entreprenuer, study trips, taking the last couple of IS, having my birthday falling on last day of CNY, and well, yay to an exciting semester of taking up psychology, and thats having cleared through the boring 3.1 first, aye. not forgetting, napfa. dang.

Let's put our lives into God's hands once again, walking with the Lord as our new chapter unfolds, doing the impossible, bringing Him glory, working hard to be the head and not the tail, doing the best in whatever we're doing, be a fool for christ, be a cheerful giver and steward of God, be an evangelist, be a person of faith and obediance, be a vessel for His kingdom. and I know, nothing's impossible with Him around (matthew 19:26)
